Wearing the right outfit to the club can be one of the determining factors of whether you’re allowed inside or whether you’re left high and dry outside at the ropes. Lounges will often have less strict dress codes, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. The Las Vegas nightclub dress code isn’t an exact science, but if you follow our tips you’ll be better versed in how to pack for your trip!
Daytime pool party venues expect patrons to wear swimwear, however, the hotel/casino you’ll typically have to walk through to get to the pool party requires the swimwear to be covered up. So, be sure to wear some sort of top & bottom or cover-up over your swimsuit as well.
Most pool party venues have pay-to-use lockers for any belongings you don’t want to carry. If you have a table reservation, most patrons will place anything they don’t want to carry at their table. Remember, the venue isn’t responsible for any stolen or misplaced personal items left in the venue, so keep that in mind.
Yes, Vegas does have pool parties at night too! These events are really cool because you get the pool party atmosphere without the hot daytime sun, and the dress code is more versatile. You have your choice to wear nightclub clothes or pool party clothes, it’s your call! Simply reference the nightclub and pool party dress code Dos & Don’ts above!
Las Vegas nightclubs & pool parties have mandatory security checks where they will search your bag & pockets. On occasion there will be metal detectors. If they find any prohibited items they will confiscate them. Sometimes they may hold onto them for you to claim later or sometimes they will simply dispose of them on the spot. It is their decision and each venue is slightly different. If they find any illegal items they will confiscate them and may even get additional security and/or police involved.
We recommend you leave the drugs (yes, even weed), weapons & other questionable items at home or the hotel.
Yes! Distance from the Strip limits apply. Your driver can pick you up or drop you off at an AirBnb or off-Strip restaurant, but it will still count toward your party bus allotted time.
For example, if your vacation rental is far from the Strip or if there is traffic heading toward the Strip, your driver might have to skip the Photo Op at the Vegas Sign or Bellagio Fountain. We recommend keeping your pickup/dropoff locations on the Strip or under 1 mile away.
